Sales in the first quarter up 46 per cent

Lynskey reports sturdy growth

Sales for Lynskey for the first quarter of 2008 were up 46 per cent compared to the same time in 2007. While best known for their custom bikes, standard designs surprisingly made up almost half of those numbers.

“We are extremely pleased with our company’s growth since we started back in mid 2006, and to find ourselves where we are after only 21 months of operations is very rewarding,” said Mark Lynskey.

Lynskey Performance has also apparently approached by several European brands and is currently building titanium frames per their designs, one of which was just awarded the title of “Best Hardtail Mountainbike Ever” by What Mountainbike magazine UK.

“We love the new business we are getting and are also very pleased with the growth of our International sales and distribution,” added Lynskey. “Our sales efforts coupled with the current U.S. dollar exchange rate has yielded better than expected results.”
