Lloyd imports heads overseas

Lloyd imports will cease distribution of LAS helmets from September 1st as part of their gradual shift into a new overseas venture.

The company issued this statement:

We as a company decided at the beginning of this year to begin a new venture trading overseas. After many months of analysis we decided that costing and freight would be suited for us at our chosen countries to trade.

Lloyd Imports Ltd will still be trading with their other brands for the short term 2008/2009. All customers from September please contact Chicken Cyclekit concerning warranty and safety issues. Our Ventilator customising order service will close next week.

Sion Jones of Lloyd imports added:
"Up to September we will continue to serve our customers and provide technical support and honour our agreements with LAS Helmets. After that time we will continue trading with our other items including selling off our LAS stock. We will be dealing with the general public with our products during the transition period and continue our efforts with our overseas business which has been up and running for the past nine month."
