Leatt has announced the launch of the new Gravity 5.0 helmet, a full-face model certified to both ASTM DH and NTA 8776 e-bike standards, designed to deliver premium protection, custom comfort, and high-level ventilation.
The Gravity 5.0 has been recognised for its innovation, having received the prestigious Eurobike GOLD Award. According to Leatt, it is the first helmet worldwide to feature BOA®’s all-new FS2 Fit System and the first Leatt helmet to be equipped with the next generation of 360° Turbine Technology—Turbine EVO.
Leatt emphasises that the Gravity 5.0 offers next-level full-face comfort:
- The integration of the new BOA® FS2 Fit System delivers a precise, micro-adjustable fit with enhanced stability.
- The helmet features adjustable cheek pads, allowing riders to fine-tune the fit, and includes multiple liner and cheek pad thicknesses for added personalisation.
- A Fidlock magnetic buckle makes taking the helmet on and off effortless, even while wearing gloves.

Weighing just 710 grams (size medium), Leatt says that the Gravity 5.0 “changes expectations” of how a downhill-certified full-face helmet should feel. The helmet includes a removable mouthpiece cover, allowing riders to choose between maximum airflow or increased protection from mud and debris. For wet conditions, a semi-transparent visor extender adds extra coverage while maintaining clear visibility and a wide field of view.
