LCC ‘tagging’ Londoner’s bikes during June

During June the London Cycling Campaign will be ‘tagging’ bicycles left around the capital with information detailing proper security techniques and bike theft deterrants.

The literature also contains a link to the LCC’s ‘Beat the Thief’ campaign, which calls for more policing and tougher penalties for thieves.

The LCC’s marketing manager Lucy Cooper said: "There’ll be a second round of tagging during Bike Week, so if anyone wants to get involved they should get in touch on 020 7234 9310."
