The London Cycle Campaign has called on councils and retailers to provide shoppers with cycle parking.
The organisation has downloadable template letters up on its website, deisgned to be mailed to councils and retailers to encourage additional cycle parking facilities.
The website states: "We’re encouraging retailers to either install facilities themselves, or to persuade either their local borough council or TfL to install additional cycle parking near their shop."
