Lance Incorporated’s Tour win will boost sales, expects Shimano

Net profit will be up 42 per cent year-on-year, according to a report in today’s Wall Street Journal, echoing a report on BikeBiz.com from earlier in the Tour.

10 of the Tour’s teams, including the Posties, used Shimano components. Campagnolo supplied most of the rest, with SRAM equipping Tyler Hamilton’s CSC team with cassettes and chains.
