Interbike will be staged at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas September 14-16 and Outdoor Demo September 12-13 at Bootleg Canyon.
A sales email from Interbike has reported on brands returning to the show, including Kona and Easton-Bell Sports, and talks about bumper bike sales:
"With bicycle retailers all over the globe experiencing sales gains, the industry is poised for a great year and there is no better way to build relationships, gain sales and stay engaged with a global buying audience than by exhibiting at Interbike," said Interbike sales manager Andria Klinger.
Interbike exhibitors in 2011 include Specialized, Raleigh, Advanced Sports International (ASI), Electra, Gita, Pivot Cycles/BH Bikes and Santa Cruz Bicycles. Kona is back at the show after a gap of a few years.
Kona founder and president Jacob Heilbron said: "We’re back to support the bicycle industry, show off our great new bikes, have some fun and drink some free beer."
Attending Interbike will be in addition to Kona’s house show in August, the Kona Luau.
Easton-Bell Sports returns to the main Interbike Expo after a year when it was at the OutDoor Demo only.
