Ken Livingstone to talk about bikes at Westminster tonight

Well, some of them anyway. There will be representatives from the Bicycle Association.

Many user groups and campaign orgs will also be present. Livingstone’s talk is being given at the annual shindig of the All Party Parliamentary Cycling Group in the Houses of Parliament.
