Having made alloy cassettes for years, KCNC has stepped up its game to produce a ten-speed full titanium cassette built from ten individual cogs and mounted on a one-piece 7075 alloy carrier.
At present, distributor Clee Cycles is set for delivery of a 113 gram 11-23 tooth cassette, as well as 12-25 and 12-27 configurations. A mountain bike specific version is set to follow soon.
Also expected with Clee shortly, KCNC’s own hollow-pinned gold chain, to retail at £45.99, is available for pre-order. This is a new product to follow the previous YBN chains, and has improved plate profiles, is TiN coated and has a bushingless construction.
