Kask to launch new Caipi off-road helmet at Sea Otter Classic

Kask is set to launch the new Caipi off-road helmet, designed for off-road riding, at the Sea Otter Classic cycling festival in Monterey, California on 11th April.

The new helmet has a lightweight construction and features 22 individual ports as well as integrated ventilation built into the visor.

The extended rear section, featuring additional ventilation, covers the back of the head down to a line level with the base of the skull. The helmet also includes thermoformed padding and Kask’s Octo Fit system, which enables the helmet to cradle the head for optimum safety and fit. This can be adjusted further using the Custom Fit Divider on the strap.

The Caipi is available in 52-58cm and 59-62cm sizes, and in nine colours: anthracite/lime, anthracite/orange, black anthracite, matt black, lime, orange, red, turquoise and white.

Kask is offering entrants in Sea Otter races the opportunity to try the new model in action, and keep it. Should testers achieve a podium finish in a race, they will be offered the Caipi to keep as a prize. Kask will be located on stand P16, and is inviting all show visitors to come and experience the Caipi and the rest of its range.

The first test units of the Caipi will become available in August 2019.
