We are looking for someone who will become an integral part of our team and who can help us shape the future of London! The ideal candidate will be a qualified bike mechanic with 3 + years experience as a workshop manager, is highly organized, and has a systematic approach to running a workshop. They must additionally have strong leadership skills with a long-term vision to help us expand and improve our after sales operation. Responsibilities: Manage the service centre Liaise with business fleet managers Introduce new systems for service work to improve structure and streamline workflow for technicians Optimise supply chain and availability of parts Handle all warranty issues Work alongside our current team to create a coherent workshop floor layout that allows for expansion of current site and expansion to new sites Oversee and track job progress to deliver timely servicing & maintenance and communicate this with customers Contribute to the implementation of a Dealer Management System Ensure after-sales processes are relevant to company size and culture and that customers receive the best after-sales experience possible Recruit and train workshop team members Establish robust health and safety processes in the workshop Required Skills: 3+ years as a workshop manager Qualified bike mechanic with extensive knowledge of ebikes Highly disciplined, mature, and organised team leader Track record of team management and motivation in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and administrative capability, with a keen eye for detail Experience in managing an after-sales environment (service / workshop / business fleet) Understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Proven ability to implement new systems Proactive and ambitious attitude Strong problem solving capability Excellent communication and customer service skills Basic computer literacy is required Experience with Citrus-Lime is preferred London based is strongly preferred What we can offer you: Competitive compensation package including incentivisation programme 40 hour week (hours: 9-5) including weekends, but with flexibility to swap 1 or 2 saturdays / month for days off in the week Discounts on e-bikes and merchandise, including Green commute initiative A fun team in a thriving eco business with exciting new tech Potential longer term stock options Salary: Circa £30,000 (depending on experience) This is the time for eBikes to become a major part of our society in the UK and it could not be a more exciting time to get your foot in the door with this incredible career opportunity!
