Job Title: Trade Partnerships Executive

Hours: 40 hours Monday–Friday
Occasional weekend days may be requested to assist with events, lieu days apply

We’re looking for a Trade Partnerships Executive to support and grow these relationships, helping to deliver high-quality brand activations across our marketing calendar.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to brand partnerships, marketing activations and creative work in a fast-moving, premium retail environment.
What you’ll be responsible for:
You’ll play a key role in making our brand partnerships successful, including:
- Acting as the day-to-day contact for assigned brand partners, building strong, proactive working relationships
- Supporting the planning and delivery of partnership activity across campaigns, content and activations
- Coordinating timelines, actions and deliverables to keep everything running smoothly.
- Supporting meeting preparation, capturing actions and ensuring follow-up so nothing slips
- Tracking budgets and spend across trade partnerships to support accurate reporting
- Producing creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to support campaigns and brand activity
What we’re looking for:
We’re open on background, it doesn’t need to be in sport, but you’ll likely have 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, partnerships, brand or commercial environment and:
- Be highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Be confident communicating in a professional manner with internal teams and external brand partners
- Take initiative and have a solutions focused approach
- Enjoy working cross-functionally with marketing, retail, content and buying teams
- Bring a positive, team-first attitude and a solutions-focused mindset
Skills & experience required:
- 1–3 years experience in the workplace
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with experience leading calls and presenting
- Be confident in using the Microsoft suite, key focus being PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong initiative
- Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
