We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead in our store. As a Store Manager at Evans Cycles, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated cycling enthusiasts, and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about bikes and wants to make a significant impact in the cycling community. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cycling enthusiasts to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive and memorable shopping experience by providing expert advice and assistance. Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate inventory records. Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products effectively. Sales and Performance: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Training and Development: Continuously train and develop your team's product knowledge and customer service skills. Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff by following health and safety guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cycling or outdoor sports industry. A passion for cycling and a deep knowledge of bicycles and accessories. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. We've got a lot to offer..
