The UK operation is supported by a Midlands-based office, featuring a dedicated showroom, demo fleet, service centre, and warranty support, underlining our long-term commitment to the UK market.
As part of this exciting expansion, Mohawks UK will take sole responsibility for the ENVE brand across the UK and Ireland.
To support this growth, we are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop the ENVE business across the Northern UK & Ireland region. This is a key field-based role offering the opportunity to play a pivotal part in building brand presence, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving commercial success in the premium cycling sector.
Sales Manager – Mohawks UK / ENVE
Northern UK & Ireland | Field Based
This is a hands-on, field-based sales role representing ENVE Composites, one of the most respected and premium brands in global cycling. Covering Northern UK and Ireland, you will spend significant time on the road, working directly with specialist retailers, key partners, and strategic accounts to grow brand visibility, performance, and profitability.
This role is ideally suited to a self-driven, commercially focused sales professional with a genuine passion for cycling, who thrives on building long-term relationships and is motivated by delivering measurable results. You will act as the face of ENVE in your region, championing the brand’s values, technology, and product performance at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop ENVE’s regional business across Northern UK & Ireland
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key independent and strategic retail partners
- Drive sell-in and sell-through across wheels, components, and related product categories
- Deliver regional account plans aligned with ENVE’s premium brand positioning
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, terms, product ranging, and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits, product training, demos, and ride-outs
- Work closely with marketing and brand teams on launches, activations, and events
- Analyse sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and report against KPIs
- Represent ENVE at trade shows, dealer events, and key industry moments
About You
- Proven experience in a field-based sales role (cycling or premium sporting goods preferred)
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to negotiate and close effectively
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing a large territory independently
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Results-driven with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Comfortable with regular travel and time on the road
- A genuine passion for cycling and understanding of the specialist retail market is essential
