Job Description
Introduction
London Bike Studio is an independent, locally owned bicycle shop and workshop based in Stoke Newington. We’ve recently expanded into a larger space on the High Street and have a number of exciting opportunities ahead as the business continues to grow.
We’re a community-driven bike shop and workshop with a strong green mindset, focused on delivering friendly customer service and high-quality repairs in a professional, efficient and down-to-earth way.
Alongside a wide range of bikes, parts and accessories, we specialise in custom bike builds tailored to each rider’s needs. We also share our knowledge through maintenance courses, helping customers learn how to care for their bikes and enjoy cycling even more.
If this sounds like a place you’d enjoy working and you have experience in the cycling industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Sales & Custom Build Specialist
Start date: Immediate
This is Sales & Custom Build Specialist role, but with a strong focus on premium bikes, custom builds and technical customer advice, whilst helping to create a welcoming, knowledgeable and professional experience for everyone who walks into the shop.
This is a front-of-house role focused on customer service, retail sales and supporting the day-to-day running of the shop floor. You’ll work closely with the Retail Manager and workshop team to ensure customers receive great service from the moment they arrive.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely loves bikes.
Whether it’s helping a commuter choose the right lock, specifying components for a custom project, or getting excited about the latest products, you’ll be someone who enjoys talking bikes all day and helping customers make informed decisions.
London Bike Studio has developed a reputation for custom builds, premium components and thoughtful advice. While much of the role involves supporting day-to-day retail operations, you’ll also play an important part in helping customers bring dream builds to life and turning ideas into finished bikes.
