Role: Sales and Marketing Executive

Summary: This role will be a key part of our team, providing support for the territory managers and retailers. This role will help to facilitate sales orders, manage back orders, and provide product guidance to retailers. This person will be responsible for supporting the marketing function of the business, in terms of events support and administration.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the Territory Managers and retailers relating to sales of our products.
• Provide guidance and support to the retailer to enhance their business.
• Build rapport and trust with the retailer network.
• Provide guidance and knowledge to help retailers with their purchasing forecasts where required.
• Effectively enter orders with the ERP system from retailers and place purchases for special orders.
• Attend events in the UK organised by the retailer or Pinarello.
• Provide relevant information of the territory and of the brand to retailers to help assess and improve their performance.
• Act as a facilitator amongst retailers in the territory when required.
• Partner with the team at HQ particularly Customer Service people.
• Provide sales related information to management as required
• Social media support
• Marketing asset management
• POS and marketing material coordination
• Event and demo administration
• Product loan administration (from pre-determined fleet)

Individual Requirements:

• Ideally this person has experience in this type of role inside or outside of the bicycle industry
• This person will be passionate about bicycles and the sport
• This person needs to have excellent communication skills and be a good listener 
• This person must be well organised and proficient with the use of Outlook and Excel. 
• Weekend work will be required at times with time given in lieu with this role

Hours

You will work Monday to Friday, which is a 38 hour week.
