National Account Manager
Location: Hybrid – Wellingborough (with UK travel)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Car

We partner closely with some of the UK’s largest retail and online customers to drive brand growth, deliver strong commercial performance, and build long-term, strategic relationships within the UK cycling market.
Due to continued development within the team, we’re looking for an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail accounts and help drive sustainable growth.
The Role
As National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with major national and strategic accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, brand, and supply chain to deliver joint business plans, execute commercial strategies, and maximise opportunities across your account base.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role ideal for someone who thrives on building partnerships, negotiating agreements, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key national and strategic retail accounts
- Own account strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, promotions, and range reviews
- Deliver joint business plans aligned to brand and company objectives
- Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across accounts
- Work closely with marketing and brand teams on campaigns, launches, and activations
- Analyse sales data, identify opportunities, and report against KPIs
- Represent Extra UK at customer meetings, trade shows, and key industry events
About You
- Proven experience in a National Account Manager or senior account role
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident managing large, complex retail accounts
- Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable analysing data and translating insight into action
- A passion for cycling, sport, or consumer brands is highly desirable
