We’re hiring at Vielo — an award-winning, independent boutique bicycle brand taking on the corporate giants.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Head of Sales who believes great sales start with great conversations. This role is about matching riders with the bike of their dreams, not pushing boxes.
What you’ll do:
- Turn warm leads into meaningful customer relationships
- Deliver a personalised, premium buying experience
- Work from our Gateshead studio and attend selected UK events
- Generate new leads from existing relationships.
- Proactively approach new audiences with tools provided.
- Deliver excellent communication as part of the customers buying journey.
- Be responsible for first point of contact after sales service
You’ll bring:
- A passion for cycling.
- A knowledge of the cycling market, key products and price points.
- Proven sales experience with outstanding people skills
- A team-first mindset
- A can do attitude that understands a small indie business means wearing lots of hats
- A proactive approach to finding solutions, taking responsibility and seeing projects to completion.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite
