Our specialist content creators, producers and commercial teams are as passionate about their subjects as our audiences - working together to create live experiences and online content in art and design, textiles and craft, cycling, dance, food, gardening and travel for communities throughout the UK and across the world.\r\n\r\nAbout the role\r\n\r\nWe are looking for a passionate and skilled\u00a0Senior Marketing Executive\u00a0to work on the biggest Cycle Show in the UK; Cycle Show and London eBike Festival. You will be organised and creative with content and have the ability to support our Marketing Manager to plan and deliver first-class multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract the right quality and quantity of visitors and to achieve maximum revenue.\r\n\r\nAble understand the objectives and timescales for an event, you will work with external suppliers, partners and exhibitors to gain further insight to our customers\u2019 needs and create targeted content and well written, accurate copy for the key audiences identified in the communications plan.\r\n\r\nAs a\u00a0Senior Marketing Executive, you will:\r\n\r\n \tWork with Marketing Manager on the creation, development and implementation of the marketing plan to achieve objectives relating to visitor attendance and revenue targets\r\n \tAssist in the production of targeted and effective marketing materials based on a specific cohort and content strategy for each event\r\n \tAssist in the planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns including print and online advertising, direct mail, email, sales promotions and partnerships, social media and PR campaigns\r\n \tWork with the Marketing Manager on the development of contra agreements, media partnerships and relevant industry organisations ensuring all relevant materials are delivered in line with deadlines\r\n \tSupport with the delivery of event features (e.g. exhibits, demos and other relevant content) as required\r\n \tEnsure each event websites is kept fully up to date with relevant content and consistent tone of voice in line with offline promotional material\r\n \tDeliver agreed briefs for relevant agencies and suppliers including; design, ticketing, print and website\r\n \tManage email marketing using the Adestra platform, delivering segmented campaigns in line with the cohort\/content strategy with well written and engaging copy\r\n \tLiaise directly with exhibitors to ensure they are apprised of relevant marketing activity and that maximising marketing opportunities pre, during and post-event\r\n \tReport on ticket sales weekly (daily when on site)\r\n \tHelp manage the ticket registration company\/Box Office onsite at each event\r\n \tEnsure ongoing measurement, evaluation and adjustment of campaign and website performance utilising GA, sales reports and ERM tools, as well as visitor surveys to fully understand our visitor behaviours\r\n \tHelp collate and prepare detailed results of the marketing campaign for the creation of post-show reports\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n\r\n \tKnowledge and experience of delivering content rich campaigns across multiple marketing channels is fundamental\r\n \tProven success within digital marketing is essential\r\n \tGood analytical skills and data-driven thinking, allowing an analytical approach driven by targets\r\n \tA good understanding of all marketing channels\r\n \tThe ability to think creatively\r\n \tStrong negotiation skills\r\n \tHighly organised with excellent time management\r\n \tExperience in consumer events or exhibitions, preferably within a Senior Marketing role\r\n \tDemonstrable market and industry knowledge with an ambition to grow and develop the events industry\r\n \tDemonstrable experience in overseeing SEO\/SEM, PPC campaigns, marketing databases, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns\r\n \tKnowledge of and experience with website CMS\r\n \tUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement\r\n\r\nBenefits\r\n\r\n \tA relaxed working environment with regular socials including a summer festival\r\n \tImmediate Community webinars including Yoga, exercise, cooking classes and so much more!\r\n \t25 Days holiday plus a day for your birthday and a company day\r\n \tA progressive and transparent culture with clear career progression\r\n \tFlexible working\r\n \tCycle to work scheme\r\n \tCompetitive pension plans\r\n \tLife Assurance\r\n \tA newly renovated modern office with lots of collaborative spaces\r\n\r\nWe pride ourselves on our open, collaborative, and dynamic culture.
