eBike Retail Sales Rep – Weekend ROTA 

eBike Retail Sales Rep 

Fully Charged are eBike specialists offering the world’s best electric bikes from the largest eBike showroom in the UK and state-of-the-art eBike Service Centre right next to London Bridge station. 

Currently we are a dedicated 26 person team and are now looking to grow our business and remain number one in the industry during this exciting electric revolution. 

You will be joining a team of Sales Guru’s serving customers in the store and over the phone, carrying out technical handovers, managing deliveries and carrying out sales administration. You will also be supporting the day to day running of the store including visual merchandising for eBikes and accessories. 

An interest and passion for cycling is essential, experience / knowledge of electric bikes would be a bonus but full eBike training will be provided. A basic knowledge of bike maintenance is preferred although not essential. 

You must be a flexible and committed individual with a can-do attitude 

A high level of customer care is required; you must be very approachable and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to commute with customers who have varying levels of cycling experience. 

The successful candidate will have strong problem solving skills and demonstrate an ability to use their initiative whilst working independently as well as working as part of a well-established close knit team. 

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar retail role and is now looking for a part-time position or someone who is ready to take a step up to the next level.

Desired Skills: 

  • Minimum 2 years Retail experience
  • Proactive in keeping up to date with what’s happening in the industry.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers & maintain great working relationships with staff
  • Proficient user of CMS & CRM system Hubspot & strong organisational abilities
  • Analytical mind with good organisational ability

  • Salary: c.£21,000 – £23,000 + discretionary bonus, (£30,000 – £35,000 OTE)
