The Role

We’re looking for a capable eBike PDI Technician to join our flagship London Bridge workshop.

This role is suited to someone with solid workshop experience who’s ready to step into a more structured, premium environment. You’ll be responsible for building and preparing bikes to a consistently high standard, while continuing to develop your technical skills in eBike systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assembling electric bikes to manufacturer specifications
  • Carrying out quality checks and structured test rides
  • Identifying and resolving build issues and adjustments
  • Supporting senior technicians with diagnostics and more complex work
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
  • Accurately logging work and communicating clearly with the team
  • Participating in manufacturer training
  • Working up to 2 Saturdays per month (weekday off in lieu)

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years workshop experience (bike or similar mechanical role)
  • Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
  • Interest in eBike systems and willingness to learn diagnostics
  • Reliable, organised and able to work at pace
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset

Desirable:

  • eBike experience
  • Cytech Level 2 or similar
  • Customer service or after-sales experience
