DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST\r\n\r\nWorking in the Marketing team, the role requires a positive and highly organised individual, with knowledge and experience in digital marketing.\u00a0 The successful candidate will work to develop a strategic online marketing plan across our cycling brands.\u00a0 Overseeing the eCommerce strategy, the successful candidate, will have good experience with market research and analysis, as well as experience of website management and eCommerce usability.\u00a0 Previous experience in digital marketing is essential and a passion for all things cycling is advantageous.\r\n\r\nKEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES\r\n\r\n \tA clear knowledge of the eCommerce space; including marketing strategies, consumer research, and industry trends.\r\n \tThe ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.\r\n \tCreativity to develop, monitor, write and review content across our eCommerce platforms.\r\n \tThe ongoing review of the format and features of our websites to support the consumer experience.\r\n \tA comprehensive understanding of SEO and PPC best practices.\r\n \tThe ability to manage eCommerce inventory to support web shop.\r\n \tA commercial view and ability to create and deliver digital marketing reports to the senior team.\r\n \tA team player who is able to work with our web development team as required.\r\n \tKeen to learn and challenge by keeping on top of developments in e-marketing.\r\n \tStrong research skills to understand our brand demographics and methods, to connect with users and identify opportunities.\r\n \tResponsible for maximising search traffic.\r\n \tWorking to a budget.\r\n \tCreating standards for best practice approach.\r\n \tLiaising with senior management for sign off of strategy.\r\n \tWork under the direction of the European Marketing Manager to deliver company digital strategy.\r\n\r\nTHE PERSON\r\n\r\nThe successful candidate will be self-motivated and well organised, with proven experience of managing digital strategies. Experienced with interpreting analytics into measurable market data with a clear technical understanding of digital marketing.\u00a0\r\n\r\nYou will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and problem solve easily. The role requires a commercially focused person, with a disciplined approach who is creative, adaptable and results driven.
