Role: Customer Service and Warranty Advisor
Summary: This role will be a key part of our team, providing the best customer service and support of warranty claims for both our retailers and consumers.Â
Responsibilities:
- To serve customers showing high standards of customer care at all times, providing a helpful and friendly service
- To manage the customer service enquiry inbox, and respond to customers in a timely manner
- To manage our claims portal with the retailers, which consists of returns, warranties and other matters
- To coordinate warranty claims with the consumer and retailer
- To process and track warranty claims, working closely with our Italian colleagues
- To provide expert advice and creative problem solving to resolve queries, in conjunction with our technical team
Individual Requirements:
- Ideally this person has experience in this type of role and have a basic mechanical understanding of modern bicycles. E-Bike knowledge would be an advantageÂ
- This person will be passionate about bicycles and the sport
- This person needs to have excellent communication skills and be a good listenerÂ
- This person must be well organised and proficient with the use of Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage
Hours
You will work Monday to Friday, which is a 38 hour week.

Location
This role will be based at our office in Epsom.
