We are looking for a hard-working, motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, who has experience riding and / or working with bicycles. The successful candidate will assist the AeroCoach warehouse team in picking, packing and dispatching components to our many customers around the world. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Customer Service and Operations Director in preparing components for dispatch. AeroCoach is an exciting, innovative company and employees will also be able to get involved with activities such as wind tunnel testing, filming and product testing as and when required. Role and responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack and dispatch orders to UK and international customers Assist with final product quality checks before dispatch Work efficiently and ensure a consistently high quality of order packing Monitor inventory levels and assist Finance Director with stock takes Communicate regularly with Head of Customer Service and Operations Director to continuously improve our dispatch processes Email communications to customers Essential skills and experience: Experience with bicycles Able to work in an organised, methodical manner Strong attention to detail Motivated to work independently as well as with other members of the team Excellent communication skills Desirable skills and experience: Good understanding of the technical aspects of time trial / triathlon bicycles Basic IT ability (email composition, database) Salary: Hours per week: part-time, flexible (24.5 hours per week, potential to increase over time), Pay: £11.00/hour, plus annual company bonus Applications and interviews will begin from Friday 5th August, final application deadline is Monday 22nd August 5pm.
