We are looking for a highly organised person to help us do this, you will be the glue that holds everything together as customers experience their Cyclefit journey. Customer Experience Manager You will be working closely with our team of bike fitters, mechanics and suppliers to ensure our customers receive excellent service throughout their Cyclefit journey. Customer care and support – managing our customer’s appointments, orders, deliveries and collections. Diary management and bookings – for customers, Cyclefit Technicians, podiatrist and workshop - often combining multi-facetted sessions to achieve the best results for our clients. Shipping and deliveries – receiving supplier deliveries and processing on Ascend POS. Dealing with imports and courier companies EPOS and stock management Shop and product presentation Full time position 5 days in-store Central London location based at Cyclefit Limited, The Fire Station, 14 West Central Street, London, WC1A 1JH Salary: 27k plus Holiday: 23 days plus Bank Holidays Cycle to Work scheme Skills and Experience Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills Highly organized, with attention to detail and the ability to muti-task Friendly and personable Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Experience in the cycling or outdoor sports industry/retail is favourable but not essential.
