Evo Cycles is looking for skilled Bicycle Service Technicians to join our crew across the country with immediate opportunities in the Waikato!

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take ownership of our workshop, from quoting and diagnosing jobs to delivering top-tier customer experiences. This is an all-encompassing role where you’ll ensure every bike leaves in peak condition.

• Diagnosing and repairing all types of bikes, from ebikes and mountain bikes to road bikes and kids’ first sets of wheels.
• Quoting jobs and ordering required parts.
• Managing workshop stock.
• Supporting the showroom team with service-related queries.
• Providing awesome customer service at every touchpoint.
• Staying up to date with Evo systems, products, and processes.
• Helping the service centre grow and thrive!

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Bicycle Mechanic.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and bring your best every day.
