Jenn Hill passes away

It is with great sadness that we report that much loved Singletrack Deputy Editor Jenn Hill passed away on Friday.

Aged 38, Hill had been battling lung cancer at St. Gemma’s Hospice in Leeds having stepped down from her role at the industry magazine to spend her final months with friends and family.

A charity effort on behalf of Jenn had raised more than £12,500 Cancer Research UK & Macmillan Cancer. A widely used #forjenn hashtag had also grown in the mountain bike community and beyond as a homage to Hill, who said before her passing that she wanted to both go on adventures of her own and hear about those journeys of others.

Every sale signed Jo Burt Issue 100 cover prints, Issue 100 mugs and Special Issue 100 T-shirts, will see a further donatation to these two charities.

Donations to both charities can be made directly via their websites: Cancer research UK & Macmillan Cancer Support.

Our thoughts are with Jenn’s family, friends and the wider Singletrack community.
