Thieves targeted store between 2am and 2.30am this morning

J E James suffers break in at Chesterfield store

Chain Store and online giant J E James has suffered yet another break in, occuring in its Chesterfield store between 2 am and 2.30 am this morning.

Andy Liversidge said: "The bike thieves broke through the main door and managed to locate two of the most expensive bikes in the shop.

"The first bike stolen was a Lapierre Zesty 914 2011 in a Large 50cm worth £4,800.00 at RRP, and the second bike was a Kona Stinky Air 2008 in a Medium 15.5” worth £3,000.00 at RRP.

"They then made their get away in a small van and headed towards the Sheffield area.

"We are issuing a reward of £500.00 to anyone who supplies information leading too the arrest and conviction of the offender(s). If you would like to contact us regarding the matter email deanpoole@jejamescycles.co.uk, or call 01246 453 453 and ask for shop manger Dean Poole."
