Isaac issues voluntary recall

Isaac International has uncovered a potential safety problem with some stem and space combinations on certain assemblies of its forks and expanders.

Although no incident resulting in severe consequences has occured to date, the company has decided to recall the components as a precautionary measure. Isaac dealers should mount at least a new expander.

This recall applies to all frame sets and complete bicycles made since 2004. The steerer clamp of the stem must not exceed 45mm in height. Inside the top and bottom stem collar must measure at least 7mm.

Specific information and assembly instructions can be found here.
