The i-ride Velodrome Trade Tour got under way this week, starting at the London Olympic Velodrome at Lee Valley Park on Tuesday.
Yesterday the tour, featuring exclusive previews of 2015 products, reached the Manchester National Cycling centre and will then conclude in Newport at the Wales National Velodrome on Tuesday 5th August.
"It’s been a great opening of our trade tour with many of our valued customers coming to see some exciting new 2015 products that they wouldn’t have been able to see anywhere else," said Josh Ibbett, marketing. "This trade tour has given us a fantastic opportunity to travel around the country and it will be great to see so many of our dealers that we don’t always get the chance to see."
Fulcrum’s brand new Zero carbon wheels were on display for the first time in the world at the show, which also revealed that the standard Racing Zero clincher wheels have been reduced from £999.99 to just £799.99 (SRP) for 2015.
i-ride said that another product that caused a lot of excitement was the new De Rosa SuperKing colour. For 2015 the SuperKing will be available in Vini Fantini team colours which goes nicely with Prologo’s flouro saddle and bartape kit, we hear.
