One day race classics immortalised by casual clothing firm Ride

I-ride takes stock of Ride ‘one day classics’ t-shirt series

i-Ride.com has today announced that it will carry a new series of Ride casual wear carrying celebratory designs of some of the most renowned one day classics.

The £24.99 (retail) timeless designs feature specific imagery, which highlight the character of each one-day race. All Ride Classics Project Tees are printed on premium soft-brushed cotton garments.

A few of the designs now in stock are:

Hell of the North Arenberg T
The Paris-Roubiax is the most notorious one day race in cycling hence its nickname “The Hell of The North”. This t-shirt brings to life the toil riders go through as they take on one of the most challenging and unnerving cobbled sections; The Forest of Arenberg.

Poggio di Sanremo
Milan-San Remo is the first Monument of the year and the Poggio climb is where the decisive punching-attack often comes. The breath-taking cliff-edge surroundings of the Poggio add to the unfolding drama.

War of Flanders
Anyone who has seen the battles that erupt in Belgium’s cycles races will agree that the title “Gevecht Van Vlaanderen” (or when translated from Flemmish “War of Flanders”) captures the true grit shown by the riders as they struggle up the incredibly sharp, cobbled and gullied Koppenberg at the biggest Belgian race of them all; the Tour of Flanders.
