i-ride, distributor of Eddy Merckx Cycles and Fulcrum Wheels, has recruited James Guest to its sales and customer service team.
i-ride MD Paul Butler said of the appointment: “James is joining the Inside Sales and Customer Service team where his main focus is ensuring that we are constantly striving to meet the needs of our stockists with regular updates on stock, new products and working to find solutions that keep our retailers businesses running smoothly.”
Finance director Andy Westlake (pictured left) added: “I was impressed by James’ friendly manner and enthusiasm to help. He joins the company after several years of customer facing cycle retail experience and this understanding will aid him in providing excellent service to retailers.”
