Hotlines has revealed the signing of a new manufacturer – Kinetic.
The firm designs and manufactures trainers in the US and the new deal will see first stocks enter the country at the start of December.
Kinetic is the brand name for trainers made by Kurt Manufacturing. The company made product for Cycle-Ops until 1999 and then went on to make its own range of trainers after Cycle-Ops went bankrupt.
Four trainer models make up the core of the Kinetic range, including entry level ‘Cyclone’ wind trainer to the range topping ‘Rock & Roll’ fluid resistance model. The ‘Rock & Roll’ is reported to be the first trainer ever to feature an articulated frame, effectively simulating the side-to-side motion involved in cycling. Providing a realistic cycling experience, the top of the range model encourages good cycling technique and promotes the development of the rider’s core muscle stability.
Kinetic also offers a wide-ranging line-up of accessories including Power Computers and protective mats.
RRPs are set to range from £149.99 to £449.99 on the trainers. For more details call Hotlines UK on 0131 319 14 44.
