Halfords launches anti-VAT cycle campaign

Halfords has launched a campaign targeted at pushing political parties to challenge the European Union on the removal of VAT on children’s bikes.

Stating that "a child has at least five bikes during childhood, plus a number of accessories and safety gear bought as accompanying purchases", the firm is calling on people to support its campaign by going online and signing its petition.
