Bianchi may not have a team in any of next year’s Classics – or a team at all – but the bike brand famous for its celeste green paint will still have a presence in the Giro d’Italia, reports cyclingnews.com.
Stage 19 from Bormio to the Pass of the Presolana takes in Treviglio and there’s to be a photo-op detour via the main Bianchi factory in Italy.
According to cyclingnews.com, the Bianchi roll-past came at the request of former Bianchi pro Felice Gimondi.
