It's called Gore-Tex Active.

Gore-Tex Active: the lightest & most packable Gore-Tex to date

W.L. Gore and Associates has produced the lightest and most compactable Gore-Tex waterproof breathable fabric. Gore-Tex Active will become available in 2016 from Arc’teryx and The North Face in the outdoor market, and Castelli and Gore Bike Wear in cycling.

Active has a new permanent beading surface that eliminates the textile on the outer face of the fabric, resulting in a two-layer fabric that is light weight and sheds water. "It all packs away in sizes that were impossible until now," says a statement from W.L. Gore.

Castelli will be using the new fabric for its Idro Jacket which will weigh 155 grams in size large and fold down to fit in half a jersey pocket.
