Future creates ‘On Your Bike’ beginner’s guide ahead of Bike Week

Future Publishing has put together a new ‘bookazine’ ahead of Bike Week, dubbed the On Your Bike: Your Complete Beginner’s Guide to Cycling.

On sale now at W H Smith, the £5.99 guide has been pieced together by the teams behind What Mountain Bike and Cycling Plus. At 180 pages, the title covers cycling for fitness, commuting, leisure and features advice on buying a bike, as well as listing cycling destinations worth a visit for cyclists both beginner and advanced.

John Stevenson, Editor of On Your Bike, says: “This bookazine is designed to be an access-all-areas guide to cycling. More and more people are taking up cycling as a family activity or to increase their general fitness. And as fuel costs rise and we get better summer weather, this is the perfect time to consider commuting to work. On Your Bike provides a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of cycling and we hope it will really inspire people to get out on their bikes.”
