Fusion Media – the integrated PR and marketing agency specialising in endurance sport and active travel – has been appointed to enhance the brand visibility and market presence of German boutique bicycle brand, Standert.
The remit will see the agency support the expansion of Standert in Germany and the UK with ongoing PR and communications.
Standert, known for its distinct steel and aluminium bikes, has already built up a large community following in Berlin and will look at expanding this further across the DACH and UK markets over the coming years.
Hailing from Berlin, Germany, Standert is one of only a handful of global brands specialising in steel and aluminium road and gravel bikes.
Starting out in 2012 as a humble bike shop and café, Standert has already begun spreading its wings into new regions and markets, catering to performance-oriented cyclists with a comprehensive range of bikes.
For more than 16 years, London-based Fusion Media has focused on marketing and communications services for active and sports brands.
The agency is underpinned by specialist knowledge and a passion to get people active through sport, recreation and transport.

As a fully integrated boutique agency, its portfolio of recent clients includes brands such as Red Bull, Evans Cycles, Raleigh, Specialized, Shimano, Orbea, BMC, Wahoo, Le Col, Van Rysel, MyWhoosh and Brompton.
The partnership with Van Rysel recently saw the agency assist the brand with the launch of its first concept store and showroom at Decathlon Surrey Quays.
Throughout the coming months, Fusion Media will support the expansion of Van Rysel in the UK across media relations, buying, influencer marketing and physical events.
