As from July 2002 SRAM’s Customer Service Department in Amersfoort, The Netherlands, will take care of the purchase orders and will also be responsible for all other requests coming from RockShox OE customers.
Moving this service from the USA to Europe has many advantages but the most important being a direct contact when questions occur, said Martin van Beek, General Manager at SRAM Europe.
“It is good to see positive results coming out of this integration. The integration of the Customer Service Department will improve responsiveness towards our customers."
"By enhancing the level of customer service Level in Europe we will give value to our customers by offering a great product line in combination with a single point of contact for SRAM and RockShox order handling."
