Frog Bikes partners with Welsh Cycling

Welsh Cycling has agreed a two year partnership with Frog Bikes.

The first event saw Frog Bikes join the Welsh Cyclocross League at Singleton Park, Swansea on 4th November.

Other events the company will attend include the Welsh Cyclocross Championships in Abergavenny on 2nd December and the Welsh Cyclocross League at Pembrey Country Park on 16th December.

Val Benyon, head of marketing at Frog Bikes, said: “We are really excited to partner with Welsh Cycling as we realise that so many families can benefit from our shared ambition of making cycling more accessible.

“We want to see more kids on bikes, enjoying the experience at the events and beyond.

“If more children can have a positive introduction to cycling, we can help grow the sport and contribute towards families adopting a healthy and active lifestyle.”

Anne Adams-King, CEO of Welsh Cycling said: “We’re really pleased to be working with Frog Bikes in this manner, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a bike manufacturer who have their development programme in Pontypool in Wales and understand the need for an introduction to safe cycling at Welsh Cycling events, we’re looking forward to working with Frog Bikes at these events with an aim to increase participation of children cycling in Wales.”
