FLAB unveils new all-weather jacket

Cyclewear company Fat Lad At The Back has introduced a brand new product for AW17.

The new GPlus Jacket is designed to be functional, durable and weatherproof; cut from the latest soft-touch, stretch fabric, the GPlus was created for use in all weather conditions.

The GPlus’ three-layer membrane combines wind and water resistance, benefiting riders with thermal properties and breathability.

It is available in four colourways including black, blue, green and red – each with contrast piping. The GPlus is tailored to the figure and is available in sizes 36-58” chest

Speaking on the new GPlus, Fat Lad At The Back co-founder and lead designer Lynn Bye commented: “At Fat Lad At The Back we’re always looking to innovate and the GPlus brings something completely new to the table, combining the performance of a jacket with the comfortable feel of a jersey.

“It’s dynamic and works just as hard as you do – we know our customers will love to wear it and feel great.”

Andy Bennison, head of product development at Fat Lad At The Back, has over 16 years’ experience in the cyclewear industry, working with some of the industry’s best known brands. He added: “The AW range sees a big step forward in garment technicality, features, design and fit. The new GPlus jacket is an incredibly well thought through product with some superb features, it offers a solution to every hurdle cyclists face whilst riding in different conditions. This collection cements FLAB at the forefront of cyclewear, pioneering new technology.”
