Fisher’s Essentials pricing scheme has been warmly received by dealers since its Expo launch, the firm says.
The new low pricing structure, covering over 1,200 lines, covers bike shop essentials, including tyres, tools, tubes, clothing, helmets and much more.
“We’ve been truly amazed by the response to our Fisher Essentials Catalogue," said sales and brand director Mike Cook. "More people are coming back to us and buying more. We continuously talk to our customers about what we can do to support them better and one consistent piece of feedback is that we had lost touch with our roots and had become uncompetitive in everyday service lines. So we responded to this with Fisher Essentials. We’re now offering everyday low pricing in our Essentials catalogue and customers are responding by coming back in droves.”
Fisher’s introduction of new margins on MET helmets – up to 60 per cent – has also been a hit with dealers. The new pricing is ongoing and targeted at the wide kids and entry-level helmets. Improved margins are available on the Buddy, Super Buddy, Elfo and Genio kids helmets, as well as the Crackerjack youth helmet. Entry level adult helmets such as the Xilo and Cosmo also benefit from the new pricing structure.
Fisher’s Product Manager for MET Jon Sangan said: “The response has been unbelievable. We have seen a huge take up with new dealers being signed to the brand every week since introduction. The pricing, coupled with the renowned excellent product quality and highly competitive RRPs has made stocking MET a very easy decision for retailers."
