The London Nocturne takes place at Smithfield Market in June, but this year marks the first time the format has sparked a second London-based event, this time at the London Bike Show, which starts today (Thursday Jan 17th).
Adding a ‘new dimension‘ to the January show, the Nocturne programme features an Elite Criterium, a Corporate City race and a bike industry and media race, among others.
IG, Norglide (Saint-Gobain), Brooks, Foffa and Festina will be supporting the event, which wlll also see founding partners Rapha Condor and Rouleur have a strong presence.
"The IG London Nocturne has always been a unique and pioneering event," said Chris Alfred, UK sponsorship manager at IG. "This year’s step to launch the event with the UK’s first-ever indoor criterium is another example of how innovative the Nocturne concept is and IG is proud to be associated with it."
