Lieuwe Schipper joined the team at FFWD’s HQ in Zwolle at the start of this year. As the youngest brother of Idsart and Jurre, he has stepped into a role on the technical service side.
Over the past few months, Lieuwe has completed an intensive internal training program in wheel building and hub maintenance within the brand’s service department.
Service is one of the key values at FFWD and strengthening the team allows the brand to further enhance this. According to FFWD, this “ultimately benefits the entire supply chain.” When a customer (distributor, dealer, final consumer) requires service, the speed and quality of the process make all the difference.
