The elements may not kind to the skin, but help is at hand with the newly launched BSC Recovery Phase Cycle face cream.
The Yorkshire-made moisturiser has been created specifically to help cyclists’ skin to combat moisture-sapping wind, prolonged exposure to sweat, temperature extremes and a build up of toxins.
The cream is full of vitamins and antioxidants to protect the skin for during and after the ride, available in Fragrance Free or with Green Tea Fragrance.
The brand is looking for bike shops to take stock. RRP is £17.95 per 50g pump.
Company director Alison Brodie said: “Cycling challenges your face as well as your fitness so we want people to keep their skin healthy whilst keeping their body healthy.”
