Extra will take on distribution of the new Pirelli PZero Velo tyre range within the UK and Ireland from the July 1st, 2017 onwards.
The PZero Velo range will initially be available in three different versions, featuring colour labels recalling the PZero from F1: silver for Road Racing, red for Time Trial and blue for the Four Seasons.
“We chose to undertake collaboration with Extra UK for the United Kingdom and Ireland market because of its proven experience and outstanding reputation,” said European sales manager Felice Cusmai.
“We were looking for a highly professional partner boasting a portfolio of premium brands, a widespread network and an in-depth knowledge of the cycle market and its related dynamics. We are certain that our partnership with Extra will make a vast number of British and Irish cyclists appreciate the outstanding grip, great handling and reliability of our new bicycle tyres,” he concluded.

The Extra sales team will start presenting the range and signing up stockists as of July with anticipated first deliveries taking place in August 2017.
