ePos supplier moves premises, changes company name and upgrades software

Evopos hails 2011 among its best in the business

Electronic point of sale supplier Evopos, formerly known as Barclays Business Systems, has hailed 2011 as one of its best in the cycle and motorcycle trades.

Having racked up nearly three decades in the ePos trade, the supplier moved to a much larger premises just north of Bournemouth during 2011.

The past year has also seen developments to the firm’s software in which retailers can sync their stock updates across all selling platforms, including eBay, with just one update, as well as linking with a number of distributors to prevent dealers having to enter order lines in more than one place.

Additionally, there have been improvements to the Web Store module released last year. Managing director Dennis bullen told BikeBiz: “We know how important it is for businesses to have strong web-presence, so we’ve made it easier than ever with our low-cost, high quality software package. With more and more customers looking to the internet for bargains, there’s never been a better time to get your business online.

"Without our brilliant customer base, our software wouldn’t have been what it is today. In light of this, we will continue to provide an extremely high level of service and support that you won’t find anywhere else.”
