From November 1st Chris Hewings of Amontour will act as sales agent of Chris King cycle products to UK cycle trade accounts.
Amontour will help Evolution launch a pre-built wheel programme using Chris King hubs. A B2B site will be launched for UK Chris King dealers in the near future.
“I’ve been talking to Amontour for some time about helping us with Chris King sales,” said Mark Pearce, Evolution Imports owner.
“Amontour has excellent contacts with all of the UK and Ireland’s leading cycle stores and in addition to handling account enquiries they’ll be able to help us with offering support to launch our new pre-built wheel program, which we’ve been developing over the past few months.
“The recent launch of the new Chris King R45 hub set that is 20 per lighter than the much-loved Chris King classic hub has led to a huge increase in demand. With the imminent launch of a Campagnolo-compatible cassette option, we’re responding to this demand by offering pre-build wheel sets in an variety of styles for the road and MTB markets, partnering with the very best rim suppliers.”
