Eurobike will return to an early-summer slot in 2027, with organiser Fairnamic confirming that the international bicycle and ecomobility trade show will be held annually following feedback from across the industry.
The 35th edition of the show will take place from June 30 to July 2, 2027, at the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds. The revised timing marks a shift away from the previously announced September date and positions Eurobike back in a familiar early-summer window for manufacturers, brands, distributors and media.
Fairnamic said the decision followed discussions during and after Eurobike 2026 with exhibitors, trade visitors, international market partners and the event’s advisory board. The organiser said feedback supported a clear B2B focus and a compact three-day format, while also showing strong preference for an earlier date and an annual cycle.
Philipp Ferger, managing director of Fairnamic GmbH, said: “As planned, we used Eurobike 2026 as an opportunity to engage the market in an intensive discussion of the future concept we developed together with the industry. The feedback we received was clear on several key points, and we are responding accordingly.
“By scheduling the event for late June and holding it annually, we are creating a stable and predictable platform. At the same time, we are reinforcing the core strengths that define Eurobike: its international character, its extensive media reach and its position as a global platform for the bicycle and ecomobility industry.”
Eurobike 2027 will centre on product launches, innovation and the development of international business relationships. The event will bring together manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, international trading companies and other market participants over three B2B days.
The organiser said Eurobike will continue to position itself as an open platform for manufacturers and technology innovators from all relevant markets and production regions. Areas of focus will include drive systems, components, new technologies, urban mobility, logistics, connected systems and wider ecomobility solutions.
According to Fairnamic, around half of trade visitors to Eurobike 2026 came from outside Germany, underlining the show’s international profile. The organiser also reported a cumulative media reach of 13.5 billion from media monitoring.
Matthias Pietsch, show director of Eurobike, said: “We are convinced that the new date is the right timing for Eurobike within the international industry calendar. Three focused B2B days where innovations are unveiled, decisions are prepared and business is initiated.
“We are systematically strengthening Eurobike’s role as a platform for international business connections, with targeted matchmaking, bookable meeting formats and an environment that brings together manufacturers, suppliers and technology leaders from around the world.”
New participation formats will include bookable meeting rooms for confidential business discussions. In 2027, the show will move to Halls 3, 4 and 5 around the Agora in the eastern part of the Frankfurt exhibition grounds, with the outdoor area set to host test tracks and demo spaces.
Eurobike 2027 will take place at Messe Frankfurt from June 30 to July 2, 2027. More information is available at www.eurobike.com.
