Endura's new World Tour line of custom clothing is made to same specs and on same lines in Scottish factory as pro team clothing

Endura’s custom clothing range now includes pro-level aero kit

Scottish clothing brand Endura has been producing custom cycle clothing for clubs and teams since the company started back in 1993. It produces pro team clothing for the Movistar Team and Team NetApp-Endura.

Endura is now able to produce custom clothing using the same aero fabrics and technology that the World Tour pro teams benefit from. Endura’s new WT items are made on the same production lines and to the same specification as the kit for the pro riders.

The production process in Endura’s new facility in Scotland begins with Italian fabrics being formed into ergonomic panels by computer-controlled cutting machines before being digitally printed. Laser cutting and bonding is then used on certain pieces. The silicone leg grippers on the bibshorts are applied by robot to improve accuracy and allow use of liquid silicone to give better comfort and durability.

"Endura can now credibly claim to offer the most advanced custom printed aero clothing on the planet," said a company statement.

"Clothing has a bigger overall impact on drag than either frames or wheels so racers searching for an aero advantage can now access substantially bigger gains by using an Endura WT aero suit than investing in aero wheels."
